I need help but dont have a support plan:

If you don't currently have a support plan then we will need to charge a call out fee plus any new hardware required. As an unsupported client we are unable to access your CCTV system remotely, so we will need to come to site to diagnose and repair.
We will use your warranty to replace any failed equipment if you are within the 12 month warranty period. This may mean that you could be without the failed equipment until it has been replaced by your warranty.

To use this service you will first need to agree to the call out charge. Our charges are as follows:

Call outs are charged at £125.00 per visit for the fault reported up to 1 hour on site, then £40.00 per half hour up to 3 hours or a maximum of £325.00. Plus the cost to replace any hardware required.

If you have don't have a support plan, then report your fault here by filling in the required fields and then adding to your cart. Then checkout and we will action your request. All chargeable call outs must be paid for prior to us attending. You will be sent a payment link to pay the call out fee of £125.00 and then when we attend and have identified the fault and estimated the charge to fix we will ask you to sign an agreement of service and an invoice will then be generated. Once you have signed this, and made payment we will commence the work. Please see our terms and conditions for details of payment, and how we charge.
