STEP 1
How many users do you require?
Each user will be able to access their own line with there own free local national and mobile call pack. So all you have to do is select how many people you want to have a phone on their desk. Try to keep this as low as possible. All users who have a phone and user license will also receive a free call bundle to all UK Landline and Mobile numbers for the duration of the contract term.
STEP 2
What handsets do you require?
We have a range of handsets from small desk phones to full color HD display handsets. Some are free of charge with your plan, and some are chargeable, so just select the ones that are right for each user. Most handsets have the same features but may have more sub-menus and larger screens. You can choose from any of our range and all handsets come with access to our smart device app as well

24 month contract
Our 24 month contract is our mid term bundle. This will offer you a cheaper monthly tariff compared to our 12 month term.

This will start form the date that we provide your number and your service goes live. At the end of your 24 month term your contract will auto renew on a monthly basis at the same agreed rate until the contract is either ended or you take out a new contract with us. With a 24 month term you will not be able to claim a free handset but they can be purchased from us and we will install them for you. A free handset option is only available on a 36 month term.
12 month contract
A 12 month contract is the shortest term that we provide. This will start from the date that we provide your number, and your service goes live.

With more of us now more mobile, its much more convenient to be able to take and make calls on your smart device and have it appear as if you are in work or at your desk. With our smart phone app, it does just that. You can be out of office, in a meeting, or just on the go and still make and receive calls on your business line as if you were sat at your desk. Our smart app is available for all users and is compatible with IOS and Android devices. Just let us know that you need it and we will add it to your package.
To further improve your customer experience and also at the same time advertise your other business offerings, or just simply to guide your caller, why not add professional music on hold. Its simple to do! Just add it your order, we charge monthly, and we will send you a link to choose your music, your voice-over type and even the accent type. Then just send us the text that you want to record and we will send you the sample to approve. Once approved we upload it to your handset and your away.
